Purrfect Poker is a free poker trainer made by Project Apotheosis LLC ("we"). The short version: the iPhone and Android apps send anonymous gameplay statistics so we can see what works and what does not. Nothing in them identifies you, nothing is sold or shared, and there is no advertising or tracking. The web versions (itch.io and CrazyGames) send nothing at all.
The iOS and Android apps send these, and only these:
No names, emails, contacts, photos, location, advertising identifiers, or device identifiers. There are no accounts. Like any web server, ours sees your IP address when the app sends statistics, but we do not store it.
Only to improve the game: which features get used, where new players get stuck, and whether the coach helps. We do not sell or share the data, use it for advertising, combine it with data from anywhere else, or use it to track you across other apps or websites.
Statistics are stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider, and are deleted automatically after 12 months. Because the data is anonymous, we cannot look up or export one person's records. Deleting the app deletes the install ID; a new install starts with a new random one.
In the app, open the menu (the three dots, top right) and switch "Anonymous play stats" off. The app stops sending statistics and deletes any it had not sent yet.
Game settings and progress (chips, treats, cosmetics, sound and coach preferences) are stored only on your device. The apps also keep the install ID and any statistics waiting to be sent. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
Purrfect Poker uses imaginary chips only. There are no in-app purchases, no real-money wagering, and no way to win or lose anything except pride.
The app is rated for simulated gambling under App Store guidelines and is not directed at children.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
